Pre-patched files for Windows?

I've been looking for the pre-patched files for Windows based installations, where can these be downloaded?

I didn't manage to us patch tool myself on Windows. :(

I remember something that Windows needed special files and not the files in "unix" format and that I could download a special Windows version of the patches... Or am I totally mistaken?

If you're deadset on using the wget/patch commands, then you need the cygwin compiled versions -- but thats only to use the *.patch files. The prepatched files are drop in replacements for a stock cacti install.
