Fecth data from MYSQL

Hi,
I need to use Cacti to fecth data off of MYSQL. Anyone done this before. Comments/Suggestions appreciated.

Plese write a script that fetches the data and spits it out to cacti. See 1st link of my sig, advanced chapter
