Can't see the number of GigabitEthernet interface

Hello,all.I'm a new user,and there is a quesation I can't resolve.Cacti can't display the number of GigabitEthernet interface,but it works with the number of ethernet.i'm not good at English,hope you can understand what I say

Two possible root causes:
1. See "Settings -> Visual" and increase the title size
2. Make sure, that e.g. ifDescription, ifAlias or such are available and use the appropriate "rule" for generating the title. See http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:3a_adv ... data_query for "Suggested Value" section

thanks for your repley,i tried,but it doesn't work.at first ,I add device,after that creat data source,the number of gigabit eternet interface disapear.

Hi gandalf,thanks for your help again,I found what made it no number, increase Data Queries will reslove the quesation.
