Heya,
I have a question which, if awnsered, would make my weathermaps alot more dynamic and scalable.
Let me scetch the situation:
We have multiple networks we use Weathermap for. Many of these networks are linked together. In every weathermap we now have a cloud node to represent a network to which it is connected. This cloud is just a static node with a label to know it is connected to a other network.
Now, I would like to be able to click on a cloud and then be linked to the weathermap to which the cloud is referring. This would set layers in the complete setup of the weathermaps which would be very handy as i now have a apprenticeship with a company that has different locations that have networks they want to have monitord.
Thnx in advance for any useful info.
Tom

Just use INFOURL with the URL being the other map in Cacti:
INFOURL /cacti/plugins/weathermap/weathermap-cacti-plugin.php?action=viewmap&id=62a62dbc1add5b2ff6f1
Done
INFOURL /cacti/plugins/weathermap/weathermap-cacti-plugin.php?action=viewmap&id=62a62dbc1add5b2ff6f1
Done
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

And that will make it a click-able link? Sweet
One more question, all the weathermaps have to be loaded in cacti, dont they? Because i would like to see one weathermap in cacti instead of all of them. This way it would be easier for users to choose the correct weathermap because they only see the "highest" weathermap.
Thnx Howie, you make my life so much easier

There is an option in the Settings..Misc tab to only show the first map in the list. All the maps are generated, but only the first one is visible on the Weathermap tab.
In 0.97, you could also hide all the other maps away in a different group. That way, they are there if you need to find one, but only if you go looking.
