Nectar Plugin

Looks like I may be the first to officially try this

Found it in the new plugins section, and thought I'd give it a whirl. I think I have found a bug.....

I use Exchange and Outlook, and the inline images don't get displayed. All I get is a text attachment of the HTML, and other stuff that can't be displayed. However, images sent by THOLD seem to work fine.

Also, the older "REPORTS" plugin seems to have no issues with the inline images. Any thoughts ??

Please post settings of the reports (e.g. PNG or JPEG, timespan etc.)
Is the mail broken even if SEND NOW is used?
What does the preview look like?
The plugin is very chatty currently. So you may find log entries tagged "NECTAR" that will help debugging.

Email is broken no matter if the poller_bottom hook sends it, or if I choose "SEND NOW" - see enclosed
Preview looks fine - see enclosed
Settings of REPORTS also enclosed
Email appears to have an attachment - was this tested on Lotus Notes ?

Please verify using a _working_ email program

In fact, we are facing the same issues with Notes in my company. Did it work with notes before, using REPORTS?

We don't use Notes..

Can confirm that NECTAR doesn't work with Exchange, but the older REPORTS plugin does.

Not sure if this can give you more information.

I am also checking the pluging, and I am able to send reports via email. I receive the report perfectly with Exchange protocol and Outlook mail program.

The only thing is that images are attached in the email, not inline the mail. Having a look to the source code of the email received, I can see this:

Is this the correct behaviour? I mean, images are sent only as attached files or they should also be inline the mail?

No, except on a BlackBerry.

Pllugin seems to work with Exchange and Outlook, but images are sent as attachments, and not inline. Am using Postfix on my Cacti box, which doesn't seem to work too well at all

I wonder if this plugin can only use PHP Mailer to send email? I tried to run SMTP and no luck.

Ok. I can confirm that this plugin does "work" when using MSExchange. However, as a previous poster commented, the images are sent as attachments, and not inline.

Plugin doesn't seem to work too well at all using POSTFIX, which is what I use on my *nix based CACTI host.
