Routerconfigs plugin doesn't work

Hello,

I have cacti 0.8.7d running on a Windows2003 server with several plugins (Weathermap,Threshold,Monitor, and other but I am not being able to make routerconfings plugin to work.

I have dumped the plugin on the plugin folder, imported the sql file, and all tables were created with no problem.
Routerconfigs plugin is in running state on plugin management.
At the settings (Misc) I have the ip of the TFTP server and the folder. I have a TFTP server running and if I make a test manually in a switch I can upload the configurations.

Now, is there something missing?
How can I make the plugin to automatically extract the configuration?
Were can I see the debug of the plugin?
