yes you can.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.

NODE node05199
LABEL {node:this:ds} MB
TARGET gauge:cacti_hdd_used_146.rrd

Just wonder if my format is wrong. I'm using IIS

You need to specify the full path to the rrd file. Or at least the path relatve to the weathermap folder (../../rra/dkkdkdkdkdkkd.rrd)

I'm using Windows IIS

TARGET gauge:c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\rrd\cacti_hdd_used_146.rrd

is that correct?

Both should work. I think php converts from / to \ anyway.

Try it. If you still see the 'does not exist' error in the log, then you know it was wrong :-)
