another graphics problem on windows

Spine:none
MySQL:5.0.22
PHP:5.1.4
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 version):1.2.3
Net-SNMP:5.5.0-1
Cygwin (cygwin1.dll version):none

all work fine but see how the graphics looks dosn't has any character when poller is executed look like some utils are missing but are utils on linux os some body help me please thanks in advance

cat, who, ps are all linux commands. What custom script(s) are you running? Those don't work on Windows.

Lack of text on the graph is due to either incorrect rrdtool version in cacti;s settings and/or missing rrdtool font path.
