[solved] Broken graphs on init. page

Hello,

I am facing the problem on WinXP Emb / SP2 on the initial page graph display.
The most odd fact is that after click on the graph / in debug mode graphs are displayed fine and I see datasets. RRDdebug says "OK".
Installed: cact 0.8.7e, PHP 5.2.11, rrdtool 1.2.30, MySQL, IIS 5.1..

I have read the similar topics here and tried the advices but it didn't help. I have debug using ProcMon to make sure there are no permission problems, and also re-checked twice for permissions through the Win Install guide.
