Traffic and CPU usage

hi... I installed cacti on Ubuntu 9.10

and I dont' known who enable

trafic measure ???

and how works cpu usage...

I added all available graphs ... and none of them is not for trafic
and none of graphp about cpu usage is showed (other graphs are showing but none about cpu)
