"your cacti folder"

Post by spam.my.duck »

I'm very new to cacti and just today installed the CactiEZ on a system.

Everything appears to run as expected. I downloaded some templates for the equipment I want to graph and open the 'readme'. The first line says :

1. Copy the files in \resources\snmp_queries\ into your cacti folder.

My Cacti folder ? I looked on the CactiEZ machine and I find:
/var/lib/mysql/cacti
/var/backups/cacti
/etc/logrotate.d/cacti

Which, if any, of those are "your cacti folder" ?

"your cacti folder" means the folder which cacti source code is extracted to.
In your case, "/var/www/html" is that.
