Templates: How do I build this?

I have an Input Source that requires a single argument, the hostname. This is for a script.

Since I want to have graphs for a bunch of remote hosts, how do I create a template so that I only have to feed it the single value? Right now, I must manually create Data Sources for each graph. Am I missing something?
