Trouble graphs

Hello, I have installed Cacti in WIN32, but the graphs dont works well , Cact is configurated with following features:

1) read http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=11747
2) poller run time is maxed out, which can cause gaps. Need to find out whats causing it to run over. Could possibly tune the poller settings and/or switch over to the spine poller instead of cmd.php.
