PHP script server script not being called with ALL params

Post by cacti_question »

Hi,

I have a php script that returns the 1,5,15 minute Unix load averages. When I manually call it, it works. Looking at the cacti logs, I see where it isn't being passed the IP, snmp_password, ... Looking at the poller cache, I see where other scripts are to be called with the proper params but my script isn't. I manually updated the poller_item table's arg1 column with the correct params and the log reveals that it worked (returned the values) but the RRD file wasn't updated. During troubleshooting, I turned off the cron entry for multiple polling cycles and when I started it back up the poller didn't work due to so much time lapse. I ran the poller cache rebuild script to fix this and my manual fix to the poller_item table was overwritten. What causes the arg1 column to not have the proper params?

This is not a known problem. Please post the settings for your script. I'll try to reproduce the issue, then. But I need all information to do so
