Graph and Trend the CPU usage of a single process

Hi All,

We have few servers running Applications. I want to graph the CPU utilisation done by a single process

Is it possible to do so ? We want to check what heights CPU is reaching while Utilising a CPU.

I am really thankful to this forum, because of this forum previously I was able to learn a new product and suggest people around me to consider this implement this.

If the target supports the Host MIB, this may be the way to go. E.g. with most linux distros, you'll find the process name in there. You will have to use this as an index as the SNMP index itself will change between reboots

Thanks for the reply.

I don't know whether a SNMP MIB indication will be there for a single process utilisation.
My Understanding of SNMP and MIB is basic.

Can it be achieved with a script ?
