Aggregate graph plugin: aggregated statistics

Post by Friek »

Hi,

I was looking at a way to put aggregated traffic statistics of multiple switchports into one graph. The aggregate graph plugin does a fairly good job, however I don't want a per-datasource legend in the graph, only the aggregated statistics. Like what you'd get when you add 2 datasources in an mrtg configuration..
As far as I can tell this is not possible with the aggregate graph plugin. Am I mistaking, and if so is there any plugin which should be able to do the job?
I know it can be done manually, but adding 50-100 hosts to a graph manually is not very productive ;)

Thanks in advance.

It can be done by hacking the Aggregate plugin.

Remove the code that inserts the new line, and leave the interface description blank.

I'd be more specific, but I don't have it in front of me right now.

I keep meaning to make a patch for this...

This is already part of the wishlist. But currently, cli reworking for 088 has the priority
