Display cacti value on weathermap

Hello everybody,

I search a new feature to apply on my map.
I have in cacti graphs for delay, jitter, and mos for quality of my link.

I want to put a node which display these values on my map.

If it's possible, I don't want a node which display these values when I pass with my mouse on.

I want a value direct on the map.

Do you have an idea to make this ?
