ERRORS on installation of SPINE on SLackware 13

I've got this when try to configure cacti-spine-0.8.7

checking command to parse /usr/bin/nm -B output from gcc object... ok

checking for ar... ar
checking for ranlib... ranlib
checking for strip... strip
checking for correct ltmain.sh version... no
configure: error:

Please run:

libtoolize --copy --force

This is on Slackware 13, I've manage to configure cacti , but now i have to configure and start spine to complete

Please help
