Restore rrd files on windows

Hi Guys,
I have successfully exported the rrd files from my linux box and i have them on my windows box, but when i try to do the convert from XML to RRD it does not happen.

I have run the following command from a dos prompt:-
rrdtool.exe restore c:\back\test.xml test.rrd
I get the following error:-
ERROR: incompatible file version, Detected version . This is not supported by the version 0003 restore tool.

Has anyone got any ideas of how to overcome this as i have now spent 3 days looking at this and it is driving me mad.

Which rrdtool version is uses on windows?
