When I poll the router I get only 1 interface(1 of 7). Refresh Interface has the same result. (Another device have no problem)

Cacti uses a fairly consistant method to parse SNMP interfaces. The only obvious thing I can think of, is if the device having trouble was only reporting one ifIndex (since cacti uses that as a seed value). If your up to it, I'd do a little SNMP walking and check what may differ on that one device that is not working correctly.

It of course could also be a cacti parsing problem. If you cannot find the answer with snmpwalk, I'll take a close look at the code and see what I can find.
