Cacti 0.87 Ubuntu 9.04 File System Activity Graph Blank

Post by giropizza »

I installed cacti and create many graphs (cpu usage, memory usage, disk load), I also install snmp for the ethernet part so I created the ethx graphs.
All the graph work perfectly except for the File System Activity that is blank.
How can I check this one and fix the problem?

Thanks

EDIT: If I look for the debug mode graphs RRD answer OK.

Turn logging to MEDIUM for one pass and review the output. If you find "U"s, then something is missing from the snmpd.conf file. Add lines that look like the following:

Code: Select all

disk / 10000
disk /var 10000
blah blah blah
Restart snmpd, reindex the host and see how many rows you have then. Don't forget to create graphs. This might not be the issue of course :)

But the problem isn't about the disk space instead of the disk activities:
write and read on the disks.
The graph with the disk space is perfectly working.

Could be the OID's are not available in the agent.
