Howto display % of bandwidth used in a time period

I would like to know how much traffic (in percentage) is used duringcertain hours (business hours). Is there a way to do this?

Yes,
that's a typical task you can do with the ReportIt plugin. We does it on monthly basis for many WAN interfaces for the business hours and 2 treshholds of 50% and 75% of the max bandwidth.
