On a graph template the title/description can use the field |host_description|, are there other similar variables that can be used there? and if so can you write your own links/replacements?
or is it feasible to use the data source names |data_sourcename_description| or something similar?
The probable cause of me not finding the solution to this is probably due to the searches/naming of "the field".
