[Solved]monitor windows disk size---problem

I want to know what is the largest size that cacti can monitor with disk 10T or higher?

right now i monitor the windows disk about 12T ,and the problem is come here ,it is just get the used data and the total data is 0.

then i monitor a smaller disk every thing is ok.

what is the problem?
