ERROR: parameter

Post by UstasAlex »

I accidentally deleted something from Management -> Graphs Management CDEFs. Unfortunatelly I don't remember what line I deleted.

And besides that, I also deleted a line from GPRINT Presets.
now I have only 2 left. ( Normal and Exact Numbers)

Since I did it, I haven't been able to add custom graphs.
the following error appears every time I try to add a graph(using SNMP - Generic OID Template):

ERROR: parameter '#F5F800FF' does not represent a number in line AREA:#F5F800FF:

Please help. what might be the reason of my problem?

That'll teach you to delete stuff you're not suppose to :P. Why not restore from your weekly backups?

The left overs you didn't list from my install:

Code: Select all

Load Average %8.2lf
Ping %8.2lf ms
Percentage as Decimal %6.2lf%%

Actually I thought that Iwas deleting them for one particular graph...
and I don't have any backups :((
here is a list of what i have left in CDEF's menu
Make Per 5 Minutes
Make Stack Negative
Per/Sec to Per/Min
Total All Data Sources
Total All Data Sources, Multiply by 1024
Turn Bytes into Bits
Could you tell me what im missing here?

Well I've got various other custom ones from over the years, so hard to say w/o setting up a clean cacti install and comparing.

Code: Select all

All Data Sources and Bytes to Bits
Bytes to Kilobytes
Bytes to Megabytes
Divide 10 & Make Positive
Divide by 10
Divide by 100
Divide by 1000
Divide by 1024
Make Per 5 Minutes
Make Stack Negative
Make Stack Negative & Per 5 Minutes
Multiply by 1024
Total All Data Sources
Total All Data Sources, Multiply by 1024
Turn Bytes into Bits

Could you show me what is inside "Multiply by 1024"?
