Nortel Contivity Connections

I hate to bring this back to life, but is anyone else using this and can post up the nortel.php script along with how they're doing the data input?

All I can get out of this script is 0 and 0, yet when I run it from the CLI, I get a real output.

It's Cacti on a Windows box, FWIW.
