SQL Fragments and Spine Segmentation faults

I'm getting some errors in my log like the following:

after doing some searches I found where that means the poller is actually running multiple times, and violating primary key constraints.

I tried reducing my threads from 8(the number of processors my machine has) to 1, which cause me to get two segmentation faults two polls in a row, so I switched that back.
