Monitor specific port of AIX Servers.

Using Cacti since long time & it is working fine.

SNMP is enabled on all my 3 IBM-AIX Servers & I am getting graphs of

CPU Usage
Memory Usage
Total Processes
Logged In Users
Network In/Out bandwidth

Now, i want to monitor IBM-AIX Service, port number 7777 & 1156. Both ports are applicable to Oracle Application Server 10g, implemented on all IBM-AIX Servers.

So,please let me know if i want to monitor both ports Up/Down activity through Cacti Graphs.

Also let me know if I can check Disk Usage of AIX Servers,which is not possible for me by enabling SNMP. SNMP doesn't providing me Disk Usage Graphs.

Which plugin are you using to get CPU and memory utilization from AIX server.
