re-alert doesnt work

Ok :)

Those are from a REALLY old version. Please replace those files with the enclosed. Try and perform a verbose query from any of the hosts, and let me know how you get on.

sorry which TYPE of query should i find those at??

coz at my old cacti, i have installed a "Data Query [ucd 10 fs] " which will query harddisk and memory usage, is that what i am looking for at the new one too?

Hmm - are you using UCD to query a Windows host ? If so, this won't work. You should be using "SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions".

when i do a query on it, it return 0 rows like this, please kindly have a look

Do you get anything back if you change the SNMP version from 2 to 1 ?
Also, did you replace those files ?

i replaced the files already,

and getting same result if i change it back to snmp v1

Go to System Utilities / Rebuild Poller Cache

Try the same again

hmm, i rebuild cache and try for both snmp1 and 2, both no luck :(

one more last question, at the threshold template, which template should i use? when i choose MIB - hdd used, the hd usage is always 100% triggering all my treshold, also the win service is always 0 even the service is up

Have a look in the Threshold forum for this one. You'd ideally need to define a template and use PERCENTAGES for this to work.
also the win service is always 0 even the service is up
Guaranteed that this is an issue with the OID being truncated as per my pervious post. Have a look through the link in order to resolve it.
