Link to nagios plugin for cacti running on windows server 20

Hello

Could someone point me to a thread , link or similar where I can read and download the nagios plugin for cacti. I am running Cacti on a W2003 server polling a few thousand devices.. Would like to add Nagios. But my googling has not found what I am looking for...... everything I see is Linux/Unix.
