Email graphs on a schedule?

I did a search for this and found a couple of threads, but I can't find the plugins they refer to.

Is there a way to send a graph on a schedule?
I am looking for something that allows me to send daily, weekly, and monthly emails to myself and my clients with their overall bandwidth graphs.
