Learn how to read the error message, it's rather obviously complaining about the already existing cacti user. So remove it and let ports add it, or whatever. Also, DONT USE CAPITAL LETTERS, THANKS.

Honestly, it is not required to shout on the forums

i dont know hardly anything about linux either.. google helps 99% of the time.
even if google doesnt give you answers, a quick 5 mins google will lead you in a direction that will enable you to answer more specific questions to drill down / solve problem.

Shouting gets you nowhere on a forum as good as this with a product to match.

Have you had a look at http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=182 ?

As another poster already indicated, the error message simply means that user "cacti" already exists, so the script aborts processing.

Remove this user, start again, and you should be golden. If in doubt, look at this http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q= ... ision&cd=1
Cacti Version 0.8.8b
Cacti OS Ubuntu LTS
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.4.7
Poller Information
Type SPINE 0.8.8b
