Getting NaN (Not a Number) for Disk Space

Post by ycedres »

I've added a ucd/net SNMP Host and Cacti successfully gets the monitored partitions.

When I try to create the graphic for this host I see:

Data Query [ucd/net - Get Monitored Partitions]
Index Mount Point Device Name
1 / /dev/cciss/c0d0p3

which is in fact the particion I want to monitor in the remote snmp agent. So it's correct.

But in the graphic there is a NaN for available, total and used disk space.
Any hint?

Regards.

I debugged following this guide here:

http://forums.cacti.net/about15136.html

but everything seemed to be ok.

It worked suddenly after 24 hours.

You probably fixed something. Sometimes during the night, the poller cache rebuilt and your graphs started working.

You can see the poller cache and manually rebuild in:

GUI -> System Utilities -> View Poller cache

There is also a rebuild option, but don't do this unless you need to.
