Importing Templates Failes with blank page

Hi All - newbie here. Seems I can import some templates just fine, but others just fail to a blank page with no errors.

Is there somewhere I can look to see if any errors are being generated during the template import process? Or any help would be greatly appreciated on this issue.

I'm running Red Hat EL 4 with Cacti 0.8.7.e now, was running .d prioir but same issue existed then.

It sounds a bit like the problem I have with the cablemodem template:

Maybe you can try some of the hints there (you've done the upgrading already). Unfortunately, It didn't help me in the end to solve the problem though.

I actually saw that post prior to posting but reviewed it again and this time enabled logging as stated in the post. I don't get this, I know it's bizarre and can't possibly be related, but afterwards the import went fine. I beat my head on this for a couple days, then poof, the same template imported fine.

I guess it is what it is. Thanks for the quick reply!
