No graph displayed

I added 2 new devices and added . As an associated graph template I'm using Cisco - CPU Usage and Associated Data Queries I added the following:

Data Query Name Debugging Re-Index Method Status
1) SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards Success [0 Items, 0 Rows]
2) SNMP - Interface Statistics (Verbose Query) Uptime Goes Backwards

I created a graph and added it to the Graph tree, but it doesnt display a graph. I"m a little bit worried about the line where it is said Success [0 Items, 0 Rows] in general my problem is, that there is no graph displayed.

anyone knows how to fix that?

Is the community string Cacti is using to check the device the correct SNMP community string as set on the device?

Can you snmpwalk the device from the command line on the cacti server? Use the following command line to test:

snmpwalk -v 1 -c <snmpcommunity> <hostIP> .1
If you have the correct IP and community settings, and there isn't a firewall problem, you should get a large number of lines of data back from that. If you don't get anything back, check to see whether you can ping the device on the IP you're using, whether SNMP is turned on at the device, and whether you are using the correct SNMP community. If you have a different device that has NetSNMP or PHP 5 installed on it, try snmpwalk on the other device to see if the problem is general or specific to your Cacti server.

thanks for your help,
i tried the smnp walk and it's working perfectly on all machines.
what i think is really weird is, that there is something there , it"s a field for the image but it only consists of the empty box (in firefox its basically just white, but as known from safari its a questionmark or in ie its a red x)...

Can you try reloading the data query you're having problems with in the device page? Go to devices, open the specific device you're having problems with, and there should be a green circle to the right of the data query.

If it's still showing 0 rows, 0 columns after reloading, check the very top of the device page (where Create Graphs for this Host and a few other links live). There should be some SNMP information to the left of "Create Graphs for this Host". If Cacti isn't able to poll the device for whatever reason, the SNMP information will have a red line underneath it saying "SNMP error".

If you're getting the SNMP error, check to make sure the host name is correct (either the right IP address, or a FQDN that resolves to the correct IP address), and that the SNMP version is set correctly (1, 2, or 3, depending on what counters you're trying to use and what is available on your device.) If you're trying to use version 2 or 3, try switching to version 1 as a troubleshooting step to see if there is a problem with version 2/3.

I clicked the button it is still 0 rows and columns, but no snmp error, it displays smnp info on top of the page as desired...

I tried it to change the version of snmp but this is also not the problem.
strange problem...

Can you run the Verbose Query for the "Get Mounted Partitions" Data Query and post the results here?
