What is DS[54]? Click on it from the cacti log viewer. Try to manually run the command yourself (look in the poller cache) -- does it work?

This is ,my poller cache
Script: perl C:/AppServ/www/cacti/scripts/ping.pl localhost
RRD: C:\AppServ\www\cacti\rra\40\54.rrd

DS[54] is the data source...

when i run it manually the poller works,,

what should i do,, my graph is still displayin NaN?

Change the cacti logging mode to debug, wait for a polling cycle. Then look when Host[39] DS[54] polls and fails. Attach your cacti.log for just that ONE polling cycle.
