blank graph in poller Inrerval 5 min

My CactiEZ server is running in spine+1 min poller Interval,the graph is fine,
But there is blank graph when I changed the poller Interal to 5 min and rebuild the poller cache.if I change back to 1 minute，the graph is producted again。
How can I do？

The "step" in the data template is likely set for 1 minute polling. If you change the step in the data template from 60 to 300 and the heartbeat from 120 to 600, new graphs can be made at 5 minute poller interval, but I am afraid that your 1 minute graphs are in a bit of a sticky.

I have never made this mistake, so I don't know if you can migrate them anyway. I hope you are able to resolve you issue here.

Thank for your post。
I check the parameters，and set the Step to 300 ,the Heartbeat to 600 in Data Templates [edit: Interface - Traffic] .
and wait 5 min，nothing changed...
It's so strange ,if I set the Poller Interval to 1 min and set the Step to 60 ,the Heartbeat to 120...the graph can be updated immediately。
what I forgot？

I have resolved the issue by deleted all the rra files in the ../www/rra folder.and after 5 min ，the new graph is produced by the poller

Yes, the problem is clear that inside of the RRDfile, the step was not 300 as you suggest, but closer to 60.
