I applied the patches and removed/re-added the graphs and everything started working. Thanks for your patience and your help!

[solved] Can't monitor network stats for VMWare Windows VM's

This helped me too!
I initially had the AMD PCNet Family driver in my Cacti Server under Windows XP. And later I had changed the driver to VMWare's Tools so now the network/mouse/video performance is accelerated. The driver must have changed the way the graph data is retrieved from Cacti. Now that I've deleted and recreated the graph I've found that it's using the new VM Accelerated driver and I'm able to graph again.
