Cannot create graph - Does not exist under Data Sources

Post by iekin »

I'm running into a problem that SEEMS like a duplicate entry as far as the data source goes. However, when I go to look for it in the data sources, it is not listed.

Essentially, I want to create a graph using the NetApp OnTap SDK templates. They work fine for other filers/volumes. However, there are specific volumes that when I go to New Graphs and select the Host, the Data Query items I am interested in are grayed out. Would there be any reason that this information would not be available to a new graph?

This is cacti-0.8.7d on RHEL4.8 with MySQL4.1.22

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks

Greyed out items occur in case when the data source is already created. I won't say that this is bug-free.
But for a strat, try to find the related data source and delete it.
Then try to re-generate the graph as usual
