Hi,
I'm looking for help. All my graphs stop working after devices (cisco routers, cisco switches, and Windows 2003 server) are restarted. I have to re-create all graphs to get it back on. But I loss all previous data.
Is there any way to stop this problem from happening after I restart my devices?
I'm using Windows Installer 0.8.7d, running on Windows XP SP3.
Thanks,

Recreating new graphs will specify a new rrd file, thus all no old data will be used.
Whats the cacti technical support page say?
What about the cacti log (per the debugging guide you should've followed) ?

Well until you fix that access denied error (Search google!), things aren't going to work...

Hi BSOD2600,
Now my task is running but I still have the problem with all my Cisco devices (routers and switches). This is the second time.
First: My had problem with electrict power that caused all device shut off. When everythink back on, my Cacti cannot read the Cisco devices that was off during the power problem. But it still can read PC running Windows and Cisco devices in the remote location (that are not shut off).
Second: The electricity problem again. This time my Cacti task was stop running. Now I fixed it but the same problem as in the first time happened. All Cisco devices that restarted druing the power outage, Cacti cannot capture.
I don't want to recreate the graph all the time my devices are restart because it happens almost every three months.
Please help...

Does the cacti technical support page show everything is ok, including the database?
After following that guide I posted, what are the error(s) in the cacti.log?
