Under Data Queries remove all SNMP - Informant .... templates
Under Graph Templates remove all W32 .... templates
Under Data Templates remove all W32 .... templates.

Also remove all of the devices that you are trying to use these templates on and delete all RRD's and graphs. Download the version 6 templates and Copy the snmp_informant_*.xml files to your cacti /resource/snmp_queries directory on your cacti box. Import the cacti_data_query_snmp_-_informant_*.xml files into the cacti web interface. Try all of this and hopefully you will be rolling.
i have checked and deleted any templated regarding to W32....and try to copy/import again....however i didnt get any luck...will it be permission issue?
after import,do i need to create data/graph template, any data queries or it will created W32 by itself?
Have you been able to import any other templates? Man it really isn't that hard.

I think ahtshun83's problem is lack of understanding on what to do. I'll try & write up a quick how to at the weekend if I have time :)
Hi Lien,

when u import those templates inside Cacti web,did u receive any message saying that it is succesful or u need to check under template section?

one more question...does the memory template which created by godsmack will display out only logon user memory usage for Linux box? currently i'm using UCD/Net memory usage however it displays all users + system memory..u may refer to this post to understand what i mean http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=31893
my boss request for this ....pls help!!

anyway,i'm looking forward for your guide..really appreciated ur effort and thank you..
The templates I have created here are for Windows operating systems only. They will not monitor Unix/Linux.

Ok. I just came across an issue with monitoring systems with more than 4GB of memory. I have updated everything required and the templates are being attached here. If you already use these templates you will need to remove all data sources for W32 - Memory stats (usage), and make sure to delete all graphs associated when prompted. Copy over to your cacti install folder the snmp_informant_memory.xml and replace the current one. Now import cacti_data_query_snmp_-_informant_memory_statistics.xml into the cacti console. Now go back and recreate your graphs for the memory usage on each system being monitored. As always let me know if you see any issues.

Hi!

This is my first post on this forum.

First, thanks for these templates.

I have a problem, when data query is on.

+ Running data query [21].
+ Found type = '3' [snmp query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/snmp_queries/snmp_informant_disk.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1'
+ Index found at OID: '1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1' value: 'No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree)'
+ index_parse at OID: '1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1' results: '1'
+ Located input field 'lDiskInstance' [walk]
+ Executing SNMP walk for data @ '.1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1.1'
+ Found item [lDiskInstance='No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree)'] index: 1 [from value]
+ Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/snmp_queries/snmp_informant_disk.xml'

Sorry, When I try to Import the Template (Under Import/Export) I get the below error

"Error: XML: Hash version does not exist"

What does this error mean? I am using Cacti Version 0.8.6g on Vmware.
