You must to import pa.sql from the plugin architecture to your database, after that a new option under the Settings menu will appear called "Plugins Management" and there you can install and enable Thold plugin. This step is not explained in the web instructions and all documents point to the web as detailed instuctions so please if the author read this upgrade the instruccions on the plugins architecture web to reflect this step it ll save a lot of time to people thanks
