0.8.7d + PIA 2.4 error invalid include/global.php file

0.8.7d + PIA 2.4 error invalid include/global.php file

I have copy the file in the folder files0.8.7d in /var/www/html/cacti but when I go to http://myserver/cacti I have an error invalid include/global.php file detected. I have update my database cacti with pa.sql

Why this error ?

I have forgot a step?

How did you update, via diff or whole file replacement?

I have update by file replacement and I have this error when I goto my server/cacti Invalid include/config.php file detected
