Cycle Plugin not displaying the legned on graphs

I have the Cycle plugin working and the graphs display but there is no legend displayed on any of the graphs. See the attached example.

Is this normal or can I "turn on" the legend for my Cycle graphs?

The legend does display correctly when viewing the graph from the "Graphs" tab.

I am running the following:
