Cacti version:0.8.7d running on windows server 2003

Also turning on the graphing debug mode shows
RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening 'C:/Cacti/rra/cisco_test.rrd': No such file or directory

This is most likely either a "downed host detection" issue or a lack of write permission to the folder. Else see 2nd link of my sig for debugging

I found out what it was, the poller was getting an error but because it was running under the scheduler I could not see it. I turned the debugger mode on and ran the command manually php was throwing an error that the file oci.dll was missing. I downloaded the file from the Internet and everything started working.

After searching around the forums I have noticed other people have had the same missing file issue. Is this an install bug, or something I missed during the install?

oci.dll I believe is for Oracle, which has nothing to do with Cacti. You have other issues going on.
