0.8.7d + PIA 2.4 patch errors

Ihave just install cacti and nagios and my server Centos 5.
When I patch the files I have some errors I don't understand. What is the problem?

I have the same problem.

cacti 0.8.7b and PA no problem.

updated to cacti 0.8.7d and a while later I noticed my plugins missing.

reinstalling PA for 0.8.7d and plenty of failed hunks on patch.

Now when accessing cacti I get blank white page.

Searching for problem, all I see is various people with problems on 0.8.7d and PA but no proper solutions.
