php.exe c:\wamp\www\cacti\poller.php (no output or log)

Post by freestylefish2006 »

Hi there,

when I run the following below command - there is no output showing that it's working.. It just goes back to the c:\.. I then check the log folder to see what has happened and the cacti.log file's not being created.. any help would be appreciated.

C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.2.9-2>php.exe c:\wamp\www\cacti\poller.php

Attached:support.txt
attached: cacti.out (output from php command)

I followed the instructions in more details and I managed to get some ouput now.. But still a couple of issues..

See the attached cacti.out.. This is the outuput from (
php c:\wamp\www\cacti\poller.php

Now for some reason the .rrd files are still not being created.. I'm local admin and to this machine this application is running on. After following the windows instructions the first time I ran php blah it created 3 .rrd files.. I deleted them, and ran the php command again and the files don't get created.

any help would be appreciated.

1) no text means you do not have a valid rrdtool font path defined.

2) Per the debugging guide, check the cacti log why there is no valid data being returned for the graph you posted.
