RRD's are not being created.

I am using cacti-0.8.6 for some strange reason the rrd's
for the devices I have added are not being created.
I can take the out put from 'Data Souce Debug'
and dump it to a command-line an the rrd
is created. So why isn't cacti creating them ?
I do have permissions set correctly for rra & log.


I do have an entry in cron to run cmd.php every five minutes.

Help !!

The output won't tell ya much.. but there it is..
