cmd.php didnt work :-(

cmd.php didnt work :-(

Hello all,

i am new with cacti and i have following prob:

when i will do the command

php cmd.php i will get an error:

X-Powered-By: PHP/4.1.2
Content-type: text/html

<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in
<b>/home/caccti/lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php</b> on line <b>323</b><br />

My php supports mysql....

i am realy confused...

Looks like a typo: caccti

In that case...

Did you compile php from scratch? It may not be in your include path

did you start mysql?

Doesn't matter at this point - the adodb is searching for the php function mysql_connect and not finding it - if mysql was running or not this error message wouldn't change.

I suspect hes missing an option in php.ini
