It means that with SNMP walk is not operating properly. What version of SNMP are you using to access the device? What version of PHP are you using and what modules?

Yep, it's the problem of the device, i'm using the net-snmp 5.4 and if i set option "-Cc" it just loops infintely, otherwise gives the same message

made a small hack:

in snmp.php:

1. disabled PHP function call
2. added a "-Cc" to the list of args to snmpbulkwalk, the device which looped infinetely dropped from the system till resolution by vendor.
